QuickFill is an AI-powered project developed for HSE 542 under the guidance of Professor Heejin Jeong.

This Project delves into the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) to streamline and expedite the job-hunting process. By automating tasks such as resume customization, personalized cover letter creation, and job applications, AI has the capacity to significantly enhance efficiency in job seeking. The focus lies on leveraging AI to tailor resumes, craft personalized cover letters, and enable automatic job applications, ultimately aiming to facilitate quicker and more effective employment acquisition.

For QuickFill, the customer journey map would detail users experience with creating tailored resumes, personalized cover letters, and utilizing the auto-apply feature. The map would also include touchpoints like signing up, using the AI tools, and tracking applications. Identifying pain points, such as time-consuming manual application processes or difficulty customizing documents, would help QuickFill refine its services for a smoother customer experience.
